DIGI TV adds 7 new channels to its catalogue

DIGI, the telecommunications operator of the DIGI Communications Group in Spain, has announced the addition of five new thematic channels and two new regional channels to its television service, DIGI TV, joining the more than 100 channels already available.

Specifically, in line with its commitment to offering the best possible service to customers, the operator is adding the thematic channels DreamWorks [channel 85], LALIGA Inside [channel 112], VinTV [channel 47], Cazavisión [channel 116] and Negocios TV [channel 308] to its DIGI TV catalogue.

DreamWorks offers 24-hour children’s and family entertainment, bringing film heroes to the small screen to star in their own television series.

LALIGA Inside broadcasts documentaries and reports on clubs and players from LALIGA EA and LALIGA HYPERMOTION, as well as content from other sports such as basketball, rugby, handball and volleyball.

VinTV also joins the operator’s TV service, featuring a vintage schedule with films and series from the 1970s, 1980s and 1990s.

Cazavisión is a leading channel for the hunting sector, with more than 100 exclusive series, over 2,400 documentaries and reports, as well as other specialised content.

Negocios TV is a business news channel with programming focused on financial news.

Regional channels

DIGI TV also adds Radiotelevisión del Principado de Asturias (RTPA), the regional channel of Asturias with nationwide broadcast coverage. Its programming includes regional news and cultural content, keeping Asturians and anyone interested in the region’s traditions informed.

Programming for DIGI TV customers in the Region of Murcia has also been expanded. In addition to La 7, Popular TV Murcia has been added, a regional channel featuring news, talk shows, events and religious content.

DIGI TV service

At the end of 2024, DIGI launched its own television service with more than 100 channels for €7/month. A few months later, in April, it introduced the Sports Pack for €3/month, including all LALIGA HYPERMOTION matches and themed hunting and fishing channels.

These channels are in addition to those the operator has continued to add since launching its TV service. Specifically, its catalogue already includes regional channels such as Telemadrid Internacional, ETB3, ETB4, Aragón TV Internacional, Canal Sur Andalucía, IB3 Global, Canal Extremadura, La 7 Castilla y León Global and À Punt Internacional, and now also Radiotelevisión del Principado de Asturias (RTPA) and La 7.

It has also added themed channels such as Torolé, Nautical Channel, Horse TV and Squirrel, now joined by DreamWorks, LALIGA Inside, VinTV, Cazavisión and Negocios TV.
