Trust and transparency
At DIGI Spain, the ethical behaviour of all members of the organisation is governed by the guidelines set forth in our Code of Conduct and internal management policies.
In this regard, we have an ethics hotline designed to promote transparency, trust, and compliance with our values and internal standards. Through this channel, employees, suppliers, clients, and any third party can quickly and confidentially report any situations or behaviours that violate these guidelines.
DIGI´s Compliance Department will process the inquiries received. Furthermore, it will be responsible for implementing the necessary measures to resolve them, in accordance with the internal procedures established in DIGI´s Internal Information System Management Policy.
Please note that the Ethics Hotline is not intended to handle inquiries or complaints related to the services we offer. For such matters, please use our usual customer service channels.

How do I use the Ethics Channel?
Please complete all the fields in the form. Before submitting the report, make sure you have not included any personal details if you have chosen to submit it anonymously. Once submitted it, we may contact you to request further information to help us investigate or resolve the matter.
Who can submit a report?
Employees, suppliers, customers, former employees or candidates in a recruitment process and, in general, any third party who has obtained information regarding actual or potential breaches of DIGI’s internal regulations.
What kind of incidents can be reported?
You may report any operational or financial issue that contravenes our regulations, ethical standards or code of conduct we adhere to at DIGI, including, but not limited to, offences such as fraud, bribery, conflicts of interest, corruption, and workplace harassment, sexual harassment or gender-based harassment.
What is the Code of Conduct?
The Code of Conduct is a set of guidelines and behaviours that help us understand how to act in any work-related situation that may arise.
