DIGI, the telecommunications operator of the DIGI Communications Group in Spain, has surpassed 10 company-owned stores in the Community of Madrid following the recent opening of two new DIGI Stores in the capital. This brings its total to more than 70 across Spain.
The figure means the operator has opened more than 40 company-owned stores so far in 2025, nearly doubling the 24 openings recorded in all of 2024.
These two new DIGI Stores in the Community of Madrid are located at Calle López de Hoyos, 87 and Calle General Ricardos, 146, both in Madrid. They are open from 10 am to 9 pm Monday to Friday and from 10 am to 2 pm on Saturdays, and join the nine other stores the company already operates in the region.
In the city of Madrid, in addition to these two new openings, DIGI has five stores located in the districts of Ciudad Lineal (Calle Alcalá, 402); Carabanchel (Calle de la Laguna, 105); Vallecas (Avenida de la Albufera, 52); and Arganzuela (Calle Embajadores, 78 and Paseo de las Delicias, 23).
It also has four additional company-owned stores in other municipalities in the region, located in Alcorcón (Calle Mayor, 4); Móstoles (Avenida Dos de Mayo, 28); Fuenlabrada (Avenida de España, 2); and Getafe (Calle Toledo, 19).
DIGI Spain’s Director of Retail Channels, Cassio Moreno says: “We’re delighted to share that we’ve surpassed 70 stores across Spain and 10 in the Community of Madrid, where we have a strong presence with our own fibre network, now reaching more than 2.6 million households.”
In-person channels
These company-owned stores complement the operator’s other in-person customer service channels in the Community of Madrid, including its retail points and DIGI stands located in major shopping centres. Customers can also find out more about the company’s products and services via the website or by calling 1200 free of charge from the DIGI network, or 919 120 120 from another operator.
Through all of these channels, customers can sign up for the fibre and mobile services offered by DIGI, such as SMART Fibre at 500 Mbps for €10 per month. Fibre customers can also add DIGI TV, its television service with more than 120 channels, for €7 per month. They can also receive advice on which plan best suits their needs and get answers to any questions or queries about their services.
Commitment to the Community of Madrid
DIGI continues to strengthen its commitment to the Community of Madrid, where it is present with its own fibre network, meaning that more than 88% of households already have the ability to sign up for SMART fibre. Customers in Madrid can also access PRO-DIGI fibre, offering speeds of up to 10 Gbps.
The company is also present through its sponsorship of Rayo Vallecano since 2021, supporting both the club and its fans.
The company, which already has more than 4,100 employees in Madrid as of the end of the third quarter of the year, carries out all its core business activities in-house, offering a stable working environment and supporting career development for all its employees.
