Close to its customers

DIGI, the fourth-largest fixed and mobile telecommunications operator in Spain, continues to uphold its commitment to its customers by always offering them the best possible value, staying close to them and listening to their feedback to improve its services based on what they truly need.

Against this backdrop, the company has recently opened its third company-owned store in Madrid, bringing the total to fifty across Spain, all staffed by employees hired directly by the company.

Investment and commitment to employment

The operator, now the second-largest by number of employees, carries out all its core business activities in-house, offering a stable working environment and supporting career development for all its employees. The company currently has more than 9,500 employees in Spain.

It also remains committed to investing in digital infrastructure rollout and its fibre network now reaches more than 12.5 million households.
