DIGI, the telecommunications operator of the DIGI Communications Group in Spain, has reached 10 company-owned stores in the Autonomous Community of Andalusia with the recent opening of its store in the city of Fuengirola, Málaga.

This DIGI Store, located at 39 Avenida Condes San Isidro and open from 10 am to 9 pm Monday to Friday and from 10 am to 2 pm on Saturdays, joins the nine already opened by the company in six other cities across Andalusia.

Specifically, DIGI has three DIGI Stores in the city of Málaga (55 Calle Ayala; 18 Calle Martínez Maldonado; and 40 Camino de Málaga); two in Córdoba (10 Avenida Barcelona and 9 Calle Manuel Sandoval), one in Jaén (10 Paseo de la Estación) and one in Granada (27 Avenida Constitución).

It has also opened two in the province of Cádiz, located in Jerez (55 Calle Larga) and in the city of Cádiz (18 Avenida Ana de Viya), where DIGI is also present through its sponsorship of Cádiz CF, supporting both the club and its fans.

DIGI Spain’s Director of Retail Channels, Cassio Moreno says: “We are pleased to have reached 10 DIGI Stores in Andalusia, as this allows us to be even closer to our customers in the region and to continue supporting the growth of our physical channel in a community where we already have more than 1,580 employees.”

These company-owned stores complement the operator’s other in-person customer service channels in Andalusia, including its retail points and DIGI stands located in major shopping centres. Customers can also find out more via the website or by calling 1200 free of charge from the DIGI network, or 921 120 120 from another operator.

At all these locations, customers can sign up for the fibre and mobile services offered by DIGI, such as SMART Fibre at 300 Mbps for €10 per month. They can also sign up for DIGI TV, its television service with more than 100 channels for €7 per month for fibre customers, and add the Sports Pack for an additional €3 per month, which includes LALIGA HYPERMOTION and themed hunting and fishing channels. Customers can also receive advice on which plan best suits their needs and get answers to any questions or queries about their services.

Commitment to the region

DIGI continues to strengthen its commitment to the Autonomous Community of Andalusia, where it is present with its own SMART Fibre network, reaching just over 2.26 million households (48% penetration), and also with its PRO-DIGI fibre service, offering speeds of up to 10 Gbps, the fastest residential service in the country.

The company, which already has more than 1,580 employees in Andalusia, stands out for carrying out all its business activities in-house. In fact, it opened its second customer service centre in Spain in Seville in March, creating more than 130 jobs in the city.
