DIGI organises a new recruitment day to fill more than 50 vacancies in its sales department in the Community of Madrid

DIGI, the telecommunications operator of the DIGI Communications Group in Spain, will hold a DIGI Open Day – 2. Recruitment Event (Mentor Plan) in Madrid on 23 September to fill more than 50 vacancies in its sales department in the Community of Madrid.

Following the success of the first event held in March, the company is organising this new edition to make it easier for as many interested candidates as possible to apply for these positions, in a setting where DIGI recruitment consultants can interact directly with candidates and conduct on-site interviews.

With this new recruitment event, DIGI aims to ensure that everyone who attends, whether or not they have experience in sales, has the opportunity not only to submit their CV, but also to take part in that first face-to-face interview, which can often be difficult for many job seekers to access.

The DIGI Open Day – 2. Recruitment Event (Mentor Plan) in Madrid will take place on Tuesday, 23 September at:

Mad Bunker
Calle de Molina, 40, 28029 Madrid.
Metro stations: Plaza Castilla and Ventilla.
Time: 9.30 am to 2:30 pm

Anyone interested in attending this event with DIGI’s Human Resources professionals can also book their personal interview until 4 pm on Monday 22 by registering for the event via this link.

Candidates who attend without having registered will also be able to submit their CV and be interviewed, although they will need to wait their turn, which will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Immediate hiring and training plan

Anyone interested in developing their career in the field of sales can apply for the positions currently available. DIGI’s recruitment team will therefore conduct interviews with candidates attending the event, whether they have prior experience in sales or not, have experience in other sectors and wish to change career, or have no previous work experience and are looking for a job in sales.

Once the selection process has been completed, DIGI, in line with its commitment to in-house employment, will offer successful candidates immediate integration into its workforce, along with an initial theoretical and practical training plan to equip them with the knowledge and skills required to carry out the duties of each role through its Mentor Plan.

Parallel activities

In addition to personal interviews, the DIGI Open Day – 2. Recruitment Event (Mentor Plan) in Madrid will also include talks led by company professionals.

During these sessions, candidates will not only learn about the characteristics of the roles on offer, but also gain insight into the day-to-day responsibilities of each position, and learn more about the Mentor Plan, which was implemented in the company in 2024 and from which successful candidates will benefit.
