DIGI, the telecommunications operator of the DIGI Communications Group in Spain, will open its third company-owned store in Madrid on Tuesday, 24 June, bringing the total number of stores across the country to 50.

This DIGI Store, located at 105 Calle de La Laguna, joins the other two the company operates in the Community of Madrid, located at Calle Mayor, 4, in Alcorcón, and at Calle Alcalá 402, in the Ciudad Lineal district.

DIGI Spain’s Director of Retail Channels, Cassio Moreno says: “Opening our 50th store reinforces our commitment to being closer to our customers and offering them more personalised, face-to-face service.”

Opening event with prize draw and celebration

To mark the occasion, DIGI has organised an opening event where everyone who visits the store will receive a guaranteed gift. In addition, DIGI fibre customers who, between the opening day and 1 July, sign up for DIGI TV at this store or add the Sports Pack if they already have the company’s TV service, will be entered into a draw to win a 50” Sony Bravia Smart TV.

Specifically, to take part in the draw, which has been organised in collaboration with AXN, a channel dedicated to quality films and series, interested participants must complete a short form on DIGI’s official website.

With this opening, DIGI continues to strengthen its commitment to the Community of Madrid, where the company is present with its own fibre network and where it offers PRO-DIGI, the fastest residential fibre service, with speeds of up to 10 Gbps.

The operator, now the second-largest in Spain by number of employees and with more than 4,000 in the Community of Madrid, carries out all its core business activities in-house, offering a stable working environment and supporting career development for all its employees.

How to sign up for DIGI services in its stores

At this store, as in the rest of the operator’s physical channels, customers can sign up for fibre and mobile plans from €15 per month and, for €7 more, DIGI TV, with more than 100 channels covering films, series, sports, documentaries and entertainment, music and national and international news. In addition, customers can add the Sports Pack to DIGI TV for €3 per month, which includes all LALIGA HYPERMOTION matches as well as themed hunting and fishing channels.
