DIGI, the telecommunications operator of the DIGI Communications Group in Spain, has opened its first company-owned store in Burgos, aiming to be closer to its customers in the city.

Located at 161 Calle Vitoria and open from 10 am to 9 pm Monday to Friday and from 10 am to 2 pm on Saturdays, customers can sign up there for the fibre and mobile services offered by DIGI, such as SMART Fibre at 300 Mbps for €10 per month. Customers can also sign up for DIGI TV, the company’s television service, which offers more than 100 channels for €7 per month for fibre customers, and now also includes the Sports Pack for an additional €3 per month, featuring LALIGA HYPERMOTION and themed hunting and fishing channels.

They can also receive advice on which plan best suits their needs and get answers to any questions or queries about DIGI’s services.

This company-owned store joins the more than 40 DIGI Stores the operator has opened across the country, as well as its other in-person customer service channels, including more than 4,000 retail points and DIGI stands located in major shopping centres nationwide. Customers can also find out more via the website or by calling 1200 free of charge from the DIGI network, or 919 120 120 from another operator.

According to DIGI Spain’s Director of Retail Channels, Cassio Moreno: “We are delighted to announce the opening of our first store in Burgos. This launch allows us to get even closer to our customers in an area where we already have a strong presence through our own fibre network and our sponsorship of Burgos CF.”

Commitment to the province

With this opening, DIGI continues to strengthen its commitment to the province of Burgos, where the company is present with its own fibre network and where it offers PRO-DIGI, the fastest residential fibre service, with speeds of up to 10 Gbps.

DIGI has also been present in the area through its sponsorship of Burgos CF since 2023, supporting both the Club and its fans.

The company, which stands out for carrying out all its core business activities in-house, also reaffirms its commitment to the province through the creation of high-quality employment. DIGI already has more than 40 employees in the province of Burgos, all directly employed by the operator.
