DIGI, the telecommunications operator of the DIGI Communications Group in Spain, met this Friday with representatives of Comisiones Obreras (CCOO) and Unión General de los Trabajadores (UGT) to establish the Negotiating Committee for its first national collective agreement.

The meeting, held in a constructive and positive atmosphere, marked the starting point for negotiations.

Both the operator and the trade unions agreed to continue discussions and reconvene in the coming weeks, as this committee has been created as an ongoing forum to jointly review matters affecting the workforce, with the aim of establishing a unified framework for working conditions and labour relations at DIGI.
