At the end of 2024, DIGI was trusted by more than 8.4 million customers, of whom 5.86 million used its mobile service, more than 1.95 million were connected via its fibre network and more than 626,000 used its landline service; a figure that has continued to grow in 2025, reaching two milestones in February: surpassing 2 million fibre customers and 6 million mobile customers.
Fourth-largest landline and mobile operator in Spain
DIGI has increased its investment in its own fibre network, which now reaches more than 12 million households, around 3 million of which were deployed in the past year. This proprietary network, built using state-of-the-art technology, was recognised in 2024, for the fourth consecutive year, as the “Fastest Fibre Network in Spain” at the prestigious Ookla® Speedtest Awards™.
As the fourth-largest landline and mobile operator in Spain, DIGI has begun 2025 by strengthening its commitment to customers, continuing to offer its best possible value proposition, including the nationwide rollout of DIGI TV, its television service with more than 100 channels showing films, series, sports, documentaries and entertainment for €7 per month.
Investment and commitment to employment
In addition to maintaining its commitment to investment in network rollout, DIGI also remains committed to job creation. The operator, which manages the entire value chain, carries out all core business activities in-house, offering stable employment and supporting career development for all its employees.
In March the company opened its new customer service centre in Seville, adding to its existing centre in Madrid, which will create more than 130 jobs in the coming months in the city.
